Whether you’re itching to get rid of some things or wanting to shop sustainably and find some cool treasures, we hope you’ll join us, Sept 18th 9am-1pm on the top of Hoot Hill by our main parking lot.

Vendor Rules:
Space rental is $25 each prepaid. 10′ x 10′
Limited spaces will be sold on the day of the sale for $50.
You will need to provide your own tables, chairs, tents, etc.
There will be a limited number of tables available to rent in advance for $10.
Arrival Time: Gates open to vendors Saturday morning from 8AM-9AM.
The sale is held RAIN OR SHINE.
Hours of the sale are from 9AM-2PM.
The sale will be outdoors located on Hoot Hill at the Ashokan Center, 477 Beaverkill Rd. Olivebridge, NY 12461
NO PETS ALLOWED
Items for sale must be “used” or “handmade” items such as clothing, household items, furniture, toys, books, art, etc.
At the end of the sale, you will be responsible to bring everything home. Nothing can be left on site.
No food/beverage vendors.
No animals, weapons, or any other illegal items can be sold at this sale.
Space rental is non refundable and non transferable.
