2024 Music & Dance Camps and Public Events continue to offer Flexible Pricing
Joyful learning experiences at Ashokan Music & Dance Camps preserve meaningful cultural traditions, connect generations, and inspire creative new pathways into the future.
Flexible pricing offers opportunities for those who might not otherwise afford to attend, and provides an easy way for generous attendees to make a small donation along with their registration to benefit this program
When you register, you may self-select from our registration tiers based on your ability to pay:
SUPPORTER You’re making a difference! The Supporter tier ticket not only grants you admission to the event, but includes a donation to support Ashokan’s programs and scholarships. Your donation builds a creative community grounded in the spirit of generosity, equity, and compassion. We are grateful for your support.
STANDARD covers Ashokan’s cost per-person to host the event. If you can afford to pay the Standard price, please do.
ECONOMY is for those who can’t currently afford the Standard price, but would like to attend and be part of our community. If you need financial assistance, this tier is for you.
Which options did attendees choose?
More than half of adult Music & Dance attendees have self-selected the Standard price. Approximately one quarter selected the Economy price.
Currently all Supporter Tier donations are directed to our General Fund which makes tiered pricing and scholarships possible and keeps all of our programs accessible to all. We are incredibly grateful for our Supporter Tier donors and hope to reach 15% in 2025!

Scholarships provide additional age and occupation-based support.
YOUTH SCHOLARSHIP is for campers age 25 and under who are paying their own way and for families in need of financial support. Please self-select this tier when you register.
PAY IT FORWARD SCHOLARSHIP is for performers and teachers who will pass on the music, songs, or dance forms they learn at Ashokan to new audiences and to the next generation. Learn more and apply here.
