ASHOKAN HELLO (episode 009) Watershed & Reservoir

Discover the amazing Catskill Watershed and Ashokan Reservoir system that provide drinking water to New York City. We’ll journey to the Reservoir with Ally Britton and the Esopus Creek and Ashokan’s high-tech “augmented reality sandbox” with Dennis Grant who demonstrates how a watershed and water cycle work and the importance of protecting drinking water from pollution. Elizabeth Mitchell, Daniel Littleton, Storey Littleton, and Simi Stone will perform a water-themed Pete Seeger song along a local creek.
