Dishwasher/Prep Cook

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $15.00-$18.00 per hour

Do you love music, nature, food and people of all ages? The Ashokan Center, a 501c (3) not for profit, would love to meet you. We are looking for a bright, energetic, customer service/detail oriented and flexible individual to fill the position of Dishwasher/Prep Cook.
This is a full-time position with the possibility of working over the weekend. As a member of the Ashokan Center culinary team, you will work alongside Executive Chef Bill Warnes and his dedicated but fun-loving staff. Your responsibilities will include but will not be limited to:

cleaning dishes and equipment

receiving and properly storing food deliveries

dining room setup

assisting with food preparation

communicating with and assisting guests
A basic understanding of kitchen tools and equipment is required. You must have a valid drivers’ license, reliable transportation and pass a criminal background check. References are required.
