Executive Chef William Warnes brings over 30 years of experience as a gourmet caterer to the Ashokan Center. He and his team regularly feed 150 people at a time, be they folk musicians, blacksmiths, or 5th Graders just back from a hike. He enjoys working with wedding couples to create the perfect menu, drink options, and serving style to exceed expectations for their special day. Bill is able to create everything from gourmet multi-course meals to delicious outdoor BBQs and is dedicated to serving both delicious and local/sustainable cuisine. Ashokan meals are sourced from local and organic farmers whenever possible.

Outdoor Pavilion & Rec Field • need sq. feet

Waterfront Area • seating by pond, weather dependent

Hoot Hill (top) • flat space where tent can be placed

Hoot Hill (lower) • flat space where tent can be placed

Hoot Stages • Pete Stage is 10′ x 12′ and Toshi Stage is 16′ x 24′, both are covered by roof and have electrical service.
