Full-Time | Hybrid (Remote/On-Site) | Ashokan Center – Olivebridge, NY

The Ashokan Center is looking for a creative and strategic Marketing Manager to grow our online presence, increase event attendance, and enhance brand awareness. This full-time hybrid role requires both remote work and on-site presence.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage a $120,000 Google Ads Grant and optimize digital presence.
  • Develop and execute social media strategies, email marketing, and press outreach.
  • Create engaging content, including blog posts, newsletters, and promotional materials.
  • Capture and edit video/photo content; oversee freelance creatives.
  • Collaborate with teams to align marketing efforts and event promotion.

Qualifications:

  • Experience in digital marketing, social media, or related fields.
  • Strong writing, editing, and communication skills.
  • Proficiency (or willingness to learn) Meta Business Suite, Google Ads, Slack, Airtable.
  • Passion for community engagement and Ashokan’s mission.

Salary & Benefits: Competitive, based on experience ($50,000 – $55,000) + full benefits.
