Choose from traditional patterns and hand-craft a unique holiday ornament in our tin shop with Ashokan Educators, Ages 8+, $10 per project
Heart-shaped Trivet, Fire-poker, or Plant-hanger in our Black Smith Shop*
For folks looking for the ultimate hands-on experience, try traditional techniques to forge your own gift with Ashokan Educators. Choose from a heart-shaped trivet, fire poker, or plant-hanger making experiences in our blacksmith shop, Ages 8+, $20 per project
Broom-making in our Broom Shop*
Join visiting artisan Poliana Daniela for this hands-on workshop experience and learn how to use the ancient turkey-wing technique to craft your very own broom in our broom shop. The broom makes it an extraordinarily effective sweeper, altar piece or a beautiful art piece for the wall. The students will be working with natural broomcorn, and will be able to choose the color of the cord and linen thread. Materials are included in the cost and tools will be provided for use during class. Ages 12+, $55 per project.

Support our winter clothing drive! Many school children come to our field trips underprepared. We’re hoping to collect coats, hats, boots, gloves to make their stay more enjoyable. Thanks for helping us help them!
