The Ashokan Center is proud to partner with Seed Song Farm & Center to bring you 23 weeks of the fullest, most diverse, local produce you’ve ever seen – from from June 25 to November 26. Pickups are Tuesdays 5 – 6:30pm at Ashokan’s Hoot Hilltop.
Your amazing CSA will include beautiful bounties of:
- Vegetables: A great array of standard and unusual varieties
- Berries: blueberries, raspberries, juneberries, american cranberries, currants, sumac fruits, and more.
- Honey and maple syrup
- Mushrooms
- Free-range chicken and duck eggs
- Cut flowers for bouquet
- Vegetable/flower/herb seedlings
- Native and pollinator-friendly perennial plants
- NEW: woolen yarn processed from Seed Song Farm sheep.
- NEW: meal club pilot- a collective of immigrant cooks drawn from SSF community will make prepared food items to share with CSA members. Get ready for some fine tamales!
