The Winter Hoot is a down-home, down-to-earth, music gathering where everyone is welcome and there's joy to spare. Located at the Ashokan Center in Olivebridge, NY (20 min from Woodstock) the event begins with a Friday dinner/concert/jam session, continues with music & dancing all day/night on Saturday, and ends with a farewell singalong on Sunday. Don't miss the blacksmithing, mini concerts in the pewter shop, holler open mic sessions, kids zone activities, local food & libations!

We need hardy parking volunteers (shorter shifts, hot cocoa, and fire pit at your station), helpful folks in the kitchen, EMS, and and outgoing tech-savvy folks to work the hoot boutique and main gate ticket table.

The Summer Hoot is a 3-day music festival at The Ashokan Center 477 Beaverkill Rd Olivebridge, NY 12461 (20 min from Woodstock.) The Summer Hoot is your source for family fun in nature, local food and crafts, and lyric-laden, foot-stomping, soul-soothing, fiddle-infused live music where the Catskills meet the Hudson River Valley. Volunteer positions include Parking, Compost & Recycling, Gate/Tickets, Hoot EMS, Hoot Boutique, Kid Zone, Setup/Tear-Down, and more!

APPROVED VOLUNTEERS WORKING 2 SHIFTS (or 3 shorter shifts in Parking) RECEIVE free admission. Once you submit your team leader will reach out to confirm. Thank you!

* Please be great workers!
* Please choose a team that suits your skills.
* If possible choose BOTH SHIFTS on the SAME TEAM so you can use your experience
from the first shift towards the next.
* Extra shifts are allowed, but please do not choose more than 3 shifts.
* Please arrive for your shift 15 MINUTES EARLY with everything you may need (like water and maybe a snack) so you can focus on the task at hand.
