🪻 Spring Camps: Registration Opens November 9!
From the swinging rhythms of Grappelli-Django Weekend to the Appalachian grooves of the Old Time Rollick and joyful strumming of Ukulele Weekend, our spring lineup offers special opportunities to make music, connect with fellow musicians, and enjoy the growing Ashokan community!
- November 2: Private Lodging Interest Form goes live at 12:00pm ET
- November 9: Camp registration opens!
☀️ Summer Camps: Registration Opens December 14!
Get ready for another unforgettable summer of music, dance, learning, and community! From Western & Swing Week through Banjo Weekend, our summer and fall programs offer unique learning opportunities for musicians and dancers of all ages and experience levels.
- December 7: Private Lodging Interest Form goes live at 12:00pm ET.
- December 14: Camp registration opens!
🚨 Important Change to Private Lodging Requests
Private rooms are no longer selected during camp registration. Instead, campers interested in private lodging must submit the Private Lodging Interest Form. You can Bookmark this link or visit the camp webpage to submit a form beginning at 12:00 PM ET on November 2 for Spring Camps and December 7 for Summer Camps.
Private rooms are limited and will be offered in the order requests are received, based on availability.
Please note: Submitting the Interest Form does not guarantee a private room and does not register you for camp. Campers must complete the separate camp registration process when registration opens.
