We’re thrilled to announce the return of Seed Song Farm’s CSA (Community Supported Agriculture) pickups at the Ashokan Center! Starting Tuesday, June 10, 2025, you can enjoy 23 weeks of chemical-free, hyper-fresh, locally grown vegetables—right here in Olivebridge.
Whether you’re feeding a family or just want to eat closer to the earth, the CSA is a perfect way to enjoy the bounty of the growing season while supporting a vibrant, community-focused farm.
🌿 What’s New in 2025?
📍 Pickups every Tuesday afternoon at the Ashokan Center
(477 Beaverkill Rd, Olivebridge, NY 12461)
⏰ First pickup: June 10, 2025 | 5–6 PM
Earlier pickups (as early as 3:30 PM) may be finalized soon.
Choose from 5, 7, or 10 vegetable units each week, with a rotating selection of just-harvested, seasonal produce. Pick your favorites, skip what you don’t love, and double up on what you do.
🥕 How It Works
This CSA is choice-based, so you select the vegetables you want each week. Each “unit” could be:
-
A bunch of carrots
-
A bag of baby lettuce
-
A few tomatoes
-
A head of broccoli
-
A bunch of kale
-
Or even a watermelon or ears of sweet corn
Prefer kale over turnips? No problem. Don’t like zucchini? Skip it. Want extra lettuce for summer salads? Take more—when available! (Some crops may be limited for the first week or two when they first ripen.)
💡 Can’t Make It One Week?
You have flexible options:
-
Pick up at Seed Song Farm Store (open daily 9 AM–6 PM)
-
Send a friend in your place
-
Donate your share to a local food pantry or to the Ashokan Center kitchen for use in educational programs
Just give 24 hours’ notice to farm@seedsongfarm.org
