Join Us for Giving Tuesday - the Global Day of Giving on Nov 28
GivingTuesday is a global generosity movement that inspires hundreds of millions of people to give, collaborate, and celebrate generosity.
This year, The Ashokan Center is participating in GivingTuesday! Our goal is to raise $30,000 that will help us continue to make an impact in the lives of thousands of people each year —but we’ll only reach that goal through the kindness and generosity of people like you. Will you help?

Here’s how you can get involved:
1. Make a fundraiser on Facebook, and share!
2. Donate to the Ashokan Center. Your kindness and generosity will make it possible for Ashokan to thrive and serve thousands of people annually.
3. Tune in on Facebook on November 28 at noon. We’ll share a Giving Tuesday Gratitude Hour lunchtime livestream and updates and stories throughout the day about how much you and the others in our community are making a difference.
We’re only able to welcome thousands of visitors each year for life-changing learning experiences because of supporters like you. I hope you’ll join us on GivingTuesday!
MORE WAYS TO GIVE
Your mindful decision to create a legacy will ensure that the magic of the Ashokan Center continues beyond our time.

Donate appreciated stock or other assets directly through your broker for potential capital gains tax savings. According to fidelitycharitable.org “By donating stock that has appreciated for more than a year, you are actually giving 20 percent more than if you sold the stock and then made a cash donation. The reason is simple: avoiding capital gains taxes.”
